ACS Village Update!

For all users, the member's "My Information" questions have been updated to be more generic for all members regardless of their involvement with ACS.

  1. We changed the 1st question from "What Relay for Life events do you participate in" to "What ACS Activities do you participate in".
  2. We also changed the last question from "Outside of Relay For Life what do you like to do?" to “What other activities or hobbies do you enjoy?”

If members have already filled in their information, they will not see the new questions on their profile until they make a small change to at least one of their answers and Save.

  • On the website, go to your profile and click the blue Edit My Information button.
  • On the mobile app, go to Updates -> My Profile -> Edit My Profile.

For iPhone users, Version 3.34 was released in the AppStore on April 21st. This update:

  • Fixes a bug that closed the keyboard when tapping the Return Key when typing a Private Message or Group Update.
  • Removes the Reviews tab from your My Profile tab and adds a Members tab where you can now see the friends you have made. In the next release, this tab will be relabeled to "Friends" and moved to the right of the Profile tab.
  • Removes the ability for anyone to Edit or Delete a Group Meeting using the mobile app. Group Meeting details can still be modified by anyone using the website and only the group manager can delete group meetings.
    • We plan to update the mobile app security permissions so that only the Creator of a Meeting can modify the details and only the Group Manager can delete the meeting.

As usual, if you have automatic updates turned on, you won't need to do anything to receive the new feature. If you manually update your apps, you can go to your AppStore and check for updates or search for ACS Village and tap Update.
