Known Registration Issues
Confirmation Email Not Received
1. The Confirmation email should be sent almost immediately. If you do not receive it within a minute, go back to acsvillage.com and use the Contact link at the bottom of the screen.
2. When we receive your report, we will look for email address conflicts and most likely invite you to a Group which usually bypasses the confirmation path.
Facebook Registration
If you created an account using your Facebook credentials, every time you sign in to ACS Village, a new registration walk through is presented and you receive the Welcome email again. We have submitted a request to fix this issue.
