Completely agree. More now than ever, avoiding burn out will require conscious effort. Over the weekend, after reading Glenn's article, I stumbled across another on what "resilience" really is. It pairs so well with this conversation, especially given our current work climate and the heavy tasks set before us all. I encourage you all to read and consider the following: https://hbr.org/2016/06/resilience-is-about-how-you-recharge-not-how-you-endure

Note: the article, from 2016 is a little dated -- i.e. referencing a time when we traveled by plane for work ;) -- but the message is wholly relevant.
