Here is how we are highlighting our MINGO (music bingo) Fundraiser and drawing attention to metastatic breast cancer in our team.
Why do we do what we do!?! Because we need to fund research with the American Cancer Society to help fight metastatic breast cancer and save lives. Today we highlight Patrice, a beautiful friend we lost last month to metastatic breast cancer. Patrice is why we do what we do. Patrice is why we fundraise. Patrice’s family is hurting. Today we celebrate the 7 year survivorship of JoAnn! She is a beautiful Primax Pink Warrior! She supports our team and loves our survivors. This year - she went from being a survivor to being a caretaker for her hubby Todd who just finished his own cancer treatment. She says, "Being a cancer survivor/fighter is hard. Watching someone you love fight cancer is hard as well. They are both difficult roles, but I know that God will use this for His glory. Somehow, someway. He will.”
